600 Copper Granulator

This M600 copper wire granulator is a high-efficiency waste cable/wires recycling machine, through crushing, screening, and air gravity separation technologies to completely separate copper from the plastic insulation layer to get the high-purity copper granules. It can work with shredder machine and high voltage electrostatic separator together to improve the working efficiency and copper purity. It is a good choice for small and medium-sized recycling stations, cable processing plants, and metal recycling companies.

This M600 dry type cable recycling machine consists of one crusher (equipped with a circulating water cooling system), one air classifier, one dust collector, one copper output vibrating screen, and one plastic output vibrating screen.

1.Crushing Stage: Waste cables are conveyed into the crusher and initially crushed into small pieces.
2.Screening and Separation: A vibrating screen, combined with an airflow gravity separator, separates copper particles from plastic granules.
3.Dust Collection: Dust generated throughout the process is collected by a pulse dust collector system to ensure clean production.
