Windshields (especially car front windshields) are made of two layers of glass plus a layer of PVB film. Windshield recycling is a one-stop recycling and processing service for end-of-life vehicle windshields and architectural laminated glass, separating the glass from the PVB film to achieve 100% resource recovery and reuse.
1.Put the windshield into the roller press machine to process,
2.Stock the crushed windshields for 2-3 days until the PVB film into white.
3.Feeding them into the glass separator to get the whole PVB film and the clean glass particles. The whole PVB film have much higher recycling value. Glass can be melted down and remanufactured to make other glass products. PVB film can be used in shoe materials, adhesives, and other fields.
