Aluminum Plastic Recycling Plant

Aluminum-plastic separation equipment is a production line to process the aluminum-plastic composite materials via crushing, grinding and high-voltage electrostatic separator to separate to get the clean aluminum powder and plastic powder. It is widely used for the recycling of waste pharmaceutical blister packaging, aluminum-plastic composite panels, aluminum-plastic panel scraps, toothpaste tubes, capsule coffee shells, waste aluminum-plastic food bags, milk bags, aluminum-plastic film packaging, etc.

This production line consist of the double shredder machine, crusher, grinding mill machine, high voltage electrostatic separator, dust collector, negative pressure air conveyor system, cooling system. The crushed materials are transported via a negative pressure pneumatic conveying system and equipped with a dust collector to ensure a clean and tidy work site,free from dust pollution. Equipped with water-cooling and air-cooling systems, the mill is cooled down to prevent material from sticking together due to temperature rise during operation, thereby improving work efficiency and separation effect.
