C03 copper wire granulator is our smallest model, which is specialized in processing all types of waste wires and cables, separating copper and plastic. It has a small footprint and is easy to operate, making it an ideal choice for small recycling stations/workshops.

The small copper wire granulator is designed to recycle scrap copper wires, by separating the copper from the plastic insulation. The entire process is dry-type (no water used) and consists of three main stages:

Step 1: Crushing
The rotating blades will cut the wires into 3-6mm piece , separating the copper from the plastic insulation.
Step 2: Vibration & Air Separation
The crushed material falls onto a vibrating table. A fan blows air through the material, blowing the light plastic out from one end, while the heavy copper moves to another outlet.
Step 3: Dust collection
A dust filter captures fine particles, regular cleaning is sufficient, keeping the workplace clean.
