Lithium battery recycling is targeted to process used ternary lithium, lithium iron phosphate, and lithium cobalt oxide batteries. It adopts a “multi-stage crushing + fine screening + airflow separation” process to completely separate the battery casing, separator, and electrode sheets. By utilizing the differences in density and particle size of different materials, it accurately recovers black powder, copper powder, aluminum powder, etc.




1.Dismantling and Discharge: dismantle the waste battery packs to get the battery cells or electrodes, and discharge the power (using brine immersion/professional discharge equipment).
2.Coarse Crushing and first stage screening : Using the shredder machine(closed type, Isolate air, improve the safety performance)to crush the battery firsty (Carbonization furnaces can be customized according to customer requirements.), and then using the vibrating screen/trommel screen to firstly screen the plastic.
3. fine crushing and screening: Using a hammer crusher to crush the material again , and then use a vibrating screen/rotary screen to separate black powder (fine powder) and a copper-aluminum mixture (coarse particles).
4. Grinding and Gravity Separation: The mixed copper-aluminum material get into the grinding machine to crush into the fine poweder, and then through the airflow conveyor transport to the Gravity separation to separate copper and aluminum.
5.Exhaust gas and dust treatment: The entire process is a closed system, equipped with pulse bag filter and activated carbon adsorption device to ensure that the exhaust gas meets emission standards.
