1.First step: Dismantling(Remove the electronic components on the circuit board). The dismantling machine is heated by thermocouples. The flue gas generated during the dismantling process is filtered through a spray tower to remove particulate matter. The flue gas then undergoes a chemical reaction through a photocatalytic oxidation system to achieve harmless gas emissions.
2.Second step: crushing and Screening (The circuit board motherboard being crushed by two crusher into size 20mm, the qualified material after screening by rotary screen get into the gravity separator to initially separate metal and resin powders. Following this, it enters a high-voltage electrostatic separator for secondary screening to improve metal purity. The entire process utilizes negative pressure pneumatic conveying and is equipped with pulse dust collectors to ensure a clean and dust-free working environment.)
3.Chemical purification to get the gold.
